Castel del Monte Dop, the strong point of Crifo labels
The procedural guideline of Castel del Monte DOC is characterized by a long list of varieties that owe their name to the grape variety. Castel del Monte DOP, which entered into force in 2010, is valid at European level and guarantees the production for export.
The production of Castel del Monte DOC wines is allowed only in the province of Barletta-Andria-Trani and in the metropolitan city of Bari.
