The CMB commissions, composed by experts in the field, and representing forty-five nationalities, have decreed the attribution of a glittering gold medal to Augustale Castel del Monte Nero di Troia Riserva DOCG, the ruby red wine, from the aromas of red fruits and boisée notes. A Silver medal goes to Fuorilemura Nero di Troia Rosè, with a soft color with bright reflections, good acidity that gives the palate a surprising explosion of tropical fruits. Another Silver Medal to Terre del Crifo Nero di Troia Puglia IGP, the wine with an intense red color, enveloping aromas of red fruits and spicy flavor.
The members of Cantina di Ruvo di Puglia consider themselves especially proud of the recognition obtained by the freshest news in the Crifo range: Fuorilemura Nero di Troia Rosè. The award, in fact, confirms the quality of the work that is being carried out, in terms of research and innovation that in this wine is expressed by the use of carbonic maceration.
